Ordering Information

The ordering process begins with communication. Here at Blankenshield each and every order is custom made for an individual. The catalog is there only as a loose guideline of possibilities and nobody ever orders exactly what is there. So before the order is actually placed we encourage the exchange of as many e-mails, photographs, and drawings as it takes to get it right. We want to make certain that the final product is what the customer wants and needs. We are not going to make something that does not work just to make money. We would rather work with the customer to achieve the desired results with full functionality and above all create a product that is as safe as possible for the use intended. Things like embossing take lots of time to work out and the details that make the armour exactly right for the users needs are well worth taking a little time to work out rather than being satisfied with an off the shelf product. After the nature of the order is worked out the customer must make measurements according to the following numbered diagram and send them to us along with photographs of them selves in tight clothing showing body shape. All shapes and sizes can be accommodated. If the product does not fit simply return it for the needed changes paying only the shipping charges.

We are very open to different payment methods and schedules. We prefer half down and half on completion but full cash gets preferential treatment. Payments of various sorts have always been a big part of how we operate as well. The project is not begun till after half payment is accumulated and payment customers get bounced sometimes by cash customers. Especially high price ordersRush orders cost extra. We prefer cashiers checks but will accept personal checks, money orders and paypal.

Delivery time for full armours can be two years or more. All time estimates are strictly estimates and not to be considered a binding part of a contract. No refunds.

9. Shoulder from the base of the neck to the point of bone on the shoulder.

11. Lower arm, from tip of bone on elbow to tip of bone on wrist.
12. Thigh, from tip of bone on hip to top of knee cap.
13. Shin, from top of knee cap to instep.

19. Ankle around, in whatever foot wear is intended for wear under armour. (Measure with boot or shoe on!)
